A presentation at DrupalCon in in Atlanta, GA, USA by Michael Miles
Join the MIT Sloan Web Development team as we share how we planned and executed a “Takeover”—a new section of our Drupal 10 website—in just 12 weeks. This session explains our approach from design to deployment, focusing on teamwork strategies you can use in your own projects.
We’ll show how we worked with stakeholders, product managers, designers, developers and QA specialists by breaking down the “Takeover” project into specific tasks. We’ll introduce our “Hourglass Workflow,” where we started with small front-end components using Storybook and built up to the full content type, then reversed the process on the back end using Drupal Layout Builder.
Through storytelling and discussions, you’ll learn how to manage complex projects efficiently, improve collaboration, and use Drupal 10’s features to achieve success.
